Nice candles, slow shipping
I ordered a candle gift set and some aromatherapy candles. The scents are nice and they burn evenly, so the quality is there. However, shipping took a bit longer than I expected, around 7 business days to reach me in California. I also had a small issue with one of the reed diffusers, it leaked a little during transit. Customer service was okay, they offered a replacement which was good, but it meant waiting again. Overall, good products but they could improve on the delivery speed and packaging for liquids.
Consistently good products
Got a couple of wood wick candles, a citrus and a lavender. They smell just as good as the last ones I ordered a few months back. Shipping was pretty quick this time too, took only 4 days to get to me in Florida.
